During her 5-year tenure at a major Bay Area incentive house, Kelli fine tuned her project management skills, established a world wide support network and developed her love of the industry. Kelli has global connections and experience and has managed programs all over the world. With more than 20 years in corporate event management, Kelli and the Corporate Concepts team have earned a reputation for delivering on time, on budget and off the charts!

Her management responsibilities have included Operations & Registration, Account Management, Staff Training, Systems Development, and yes...long ago, she was a travel agent! Needless to say, Donna loves what she does. Her vast experience and wealth of knowledge combine to make Donna a first rate Account team member. Our Tour Directors are seasoned and experienced Corporate Concepts team members who understand the quality of service we demand on your behalf, anticipate needs and take a proactive approach to solving those ever-present challenges! Tour Directors are the foundation of an event and can make the difference between a program that is not just good...but great. Our Tour Directors are hand selected, trained and briefed on all on-site responsibilities for each program. They ensure the success and quality of your program at a ratio of 1 staff member for every 50 guests.
